Evo IX Smoke Issue

My Evo IX MR has smoke after every cold start-up. I am losing oil as well. I lost about a quart after a week. You can see in the video the smoke comes as soon as the engine warms up slightly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. EGR has been removed with the installation of an AMS VSR. I also just installed GSC S2 cams with springs and retainers.
