At "The University @ SEMICON" booth, a special booth set up for technical colleges at SEMICON Japan 2008, which was held at the Makuhari Messe convention center, the Kochi National College of Technology exhibited a water jet nozzle for laser machining that can be used to achieve high-speed micro machining with minimal damage.

Next the Kochi National College of Technology plans to move ahead with developments that will lead to specific marketable product.
