This time on SPPTV Mike works on his 1998 GMC Sierra some more, talks about HP Tuners, and takes you for a ride to the RFG to check on the GTO's Progress.

On the truck the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor are replaced with new parts I got from Rock Auto. Once the upper intake manifold is put back together, and the correct rad dropped in, the Sierra will be good to go under the hood.

HP Tuners is a tuning software that allows you to tune modern factory vehicle computers. To write a tune on an ECM you have to Licence the ECM. Eventually after doing enough of the same kind of ECM you will unlock unlimited tunes. Mike hooks up a JY ECM to find out if we have indeed reached unlimited tunes for early model truck LS ECMS.

After that we go to RFG and check out the GTO's freshly bodyworked fender, and talk about whats coming up tomorrow on the channel!
