Greetings! Tonight I making one of my favorite fish dishes, Salsa Fish! Two ingredients and really simple. I have paired the fish with some simply seasoned Quinoa and steamed broccoli with lemon. In all this dish has very little fat. Only the fat in the fish. I did not add any additional butter or oil to anything! Really high in protein and nutrition.

This meal went together very quickly and was extremely delicious.

Give Quinoa a try. It takes less time than long grain rice and has a nutty flavor that has a bit of a floral undertone. You will need to season it up with salt, pepper and herbs and even a drizzle of good quality olive oil will be lovely. You can leave it plain and eat it as a cereal grain in the morning either hot or cold or you can use this in place of Bulgar Wheat in Taboulleh.

I hope you will give this simple, quick and nutritious meal a try. It is especially good for a weeknight because you can have this on the table in under an hour from prep to table.

Thanks for watching! I hope you try this and I hope you love it.

Happy Eating!
