Daggers:  Scav/Dev Blow/Improved Pommel  
Hagbane:  Ammo/Scav/Haste  
Trinkets:  Bomb Radius/Antigas/Movespeed  
  
So all the practice speedrunning and playing daggers over the past 6 weeks has paid off--we have a new, viable build and playstyle and it is tons of fun!  Improved pommel + Dev Blow aka "the bully build" just opens up so many aggressive options.  Coupled with the versatile killer that is hagbane we have a high skill cap, high potential build that is punished hard for mistakes (my cup of tea).   Control for days, solid antihorde, solid antiogre and serviceable anti armor and anti special.  High skill cap.  As usual with AoE and mobility centric builds you will get only a fraction of the potential value in pubs or other loosely coordinated styles of play, but this build shines in the right duo, speedrun or solo setting.
