13 October 2013. It is a dreary, wet Sunday in London. Salifah and Shakur asked me to please play the slide game I invented with them, where I get under the duvet and trap it with my feet high up against the wall, pretending to be a slide, while Azra awaits them at the bottom of the ride to tickle them. After working up quite a sweat we decided to walk in the rain to the local supermarket to buy some treats and ingredients for a smoothie to help with being cosy at home. In a moment of reflection Salifah composed this song to raise our spirits. Listening to her sing warmed our hearts with an inner sunshine.
