Drizzle it in some fine balsamic vinegar and you have a total winner! __________⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ CLICK FOR RECIPE ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ ___________ PRINTABLE RECIPE: 🖨️https://thestayathomechef.com/brussel-sprout-and-brie-bruschetta/ 🖨️ 🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴 ✅Ingredients • 1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed and quartered • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 1/2 onion, diced • 1 clove garlic, minced • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper • 8 oz brie cheese • 1 (1 pound) baguette, sliced • balsamic vinegar, for drizzling ✅Instructions 1️⃣ 00:21 - Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet. Add in brussel sprouts and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. 2️⃣ 00:44 - Add in the onions and continue to saute the brussel sprouts and onion for about another 7 minutes until onions are translucent and brussel sprouts are tender crisp. Add in minced garlic and saute for 1 minute more. Taste and add more salt and pepper if desired. 3️⃣ 00:55 - Spread a little brie over each slice of the baguette. Place slices on a baking sheet and put in the oven under your broiler until it starts to melt. 4️⃣ 01:48 - Top each slice with the brussel sprout mixture. Drizzle balsamic over the top.
