NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) -- Police search for the man who roughed up a woman during a robbery on a local street. They said the guy was no stranger to the law. North College Hill police said they suspect Antwan Hocker in the Thursday morning, June 25, robbery on Hamilton Avenue near Galbraith. Cash was taken from the victim. In April Hocker was found guilty of receiving stolen property and misuse of a credit card. Hocker and his girlfriend were charged with using credit cards taken from a 78-year-old woman as she walked home from the grocery store.
