Absolute Boyfriend was going to be the pick, but the relationship with Ann and Daigo felt more real. Considering AB is about a girl that accidentally gets a highly advanced sex bot to play around with, that isn't too hard. AB did get props though for having a genuinly abivilant heroine with two plausible choices for her love triangle. I chalk that one up to Yuu Watase because she was just as good in that as she was in Ceres: the Celestial Legend. I went into AB thinking it would be nothing more than a knockoff of Chobits. I really dislike Chobits too. I don't really wanna get into it right now because I plan to do a review about it where I'll discuss it, but if you really wanna know then send me a message and I'll explain it in detail.
