WINNER of the Big Island Youth Video Contest. Alternative to Drugs. The basic concept: Representing DRUGS with phantoms/demons and the people trying to stop the evil invasion are noble swordsmen and clerics. That is the world in which our story takes place. Amidst the growing war, one young man, a powerful DRUG DEALER, sees the light, changes his life, and joins the ANTI-DRUG army. But how is he to be trusted, with such a dark past? When his dearest friend becomes drawn to the darkside of DRUGS, our unnamed Hero resolves to save her. Faced with his own inner demons and temptation, an epic battle ensues against the most powerful DRUGS of all: Canibus Sorceress, Narcotic Knight, and their leader, the wicked Ice King! Clever dialogue, deep themes, and many educated references to reality. This is a shortened version of a 17 page script I typed up. I had to cut so much out, because the time maximum was 7 minutes.
