We have created plasma with ELECTRONS very easily and see no reason that PROTONS would not react the same way. If a simple Venturi with no moving parts could force protons into CHAOS we might be able to harvest the electrons as the protons reconfigure gaining increased stability and that releases VAST amounts of Energy.
