Ron Roberts attends his final meeting of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors today. Roberts has been in elected office since 1987, first serving on the San Diego City Council. KPBS metro reporter Andrew Bowen spoke with Roberts this week for a look back on his 31 years in local government.
