Former Gauteng police commissioner Deliwe De Lange and current deputy provincial police commissioner Nomburuzo Napo have been granted bail of R20 000 each in the Johannesburg Commercial Crimes Court. De Lange, Napo, two other officers, and an SAPS service provider, face allegations related to the alleged irregular procurement of blue lights amounting to R84 million. The four-handed themselves over to police watchdog IPID this morning after an arrest warrant was issued on Monday. The fifth suspect flew in from Cape Town. For more news, visit: sabcnews.com
