Pluses:
The hotel staff were friendly and always happy to meet our needs, no matter what time of day it was. 
The Guest relations manager, Aylin was a gem! Very helpful and always happy to assist with any queries we had (she even tried to help locate us a table at dinner time!) before arriving at the hotel, she ensured our transport was booked to pick us up and when we arrived, the service we received was top class.
The Hamam with the Massage service is totally worth the extra cost and my husband and I loved it so much, we even went back several times during the week.
The animation team are fantastic and make you feel like you are part of the gang. My daughter fell in love with Kitty and Picachu, who made sure she was always included and enterained (even playing with her in the Beach Disco, by the playground) The Kids disco was the highlight of my daughters evenings and her favourite part.
The evening entertainment was fantastic, with something different every night and some of the shows felt like a night out in the West End!
The food was phenomenal as they covered everything from fish and chips to the more local, Turkish delicacies, with something for everyone. I have never seen a desert station this big before!! 
Would definitely go back to this hotel again.
Minuses:
There is absolutely nothing bad to say about the hotel at all, as everything was spot on! 
The only thing I want to warn people about is the day trip we purchased from one of the tour operators, which was a day trip to Antalya with a stop off at a "Jewellery market" with a final stop at the Aquarium. The trip cost £33 per adult (Child free) but some of it was really a waste of our day. The Jewellery market is just a large show room where you are sent to spend an hour looking at the fancy necklaces and if you're like me and my husband (we wear minimal jewellery and not interested in jewels at all) it's a waste of an hour and super boring for a 4.5yr old.
