Kesha left the sequins, crimped hair, and her normal wild attire at home for her latest red carpet appearance. 

The singer who regularly wears Lady Gaga esque attire—or at least some sort of animal print for her arrivals totally channeled her glamorous side for the BMI Pop Awards in Beverly Hills. 

Kesha still had a hint of metallic in her black and silver frock—but it was definitely a classic way to wear shimmer. Her ensemble as a whole paid tribute to a retro flapper feel.

The dress was not form fitting at all—but it was short enough to show off Kesha's figure and the sleeveless cut gave us the skin we needed without being too scandy.

For shoes—Kesha stayed with her color combo and rocked some black and silver peep toe pumps with a standard black pedicure. 

And as for accessories, Kesha sported a major statement  ring, small gold studs and a thin gold headpiece which brings me to my favorite part of the look, her hair. 

Kesha's blonde locks proved to be the star of the night, done into voluminous curls, all to one side keeping with the whole retro glam look. 

And for makeup, Kesha sported a dark smokey eye that had hints of gold in the inner corners and a gorgeous berry lip color that she took to twitter to say, "Putting eye liner on my lips, no big deal y'all" I mean...that's one way to get the most out of your makeup.
