Hilarious footage has emerged showing scaredy-cat twins trying to get rid of bugs with a make-shift flame-thrower.

Erika and Stefany Julienne, from Montreal, Canada, were studying hard for their exams when they were distracted by a fruit fly, which landed on Erika’s paper.

Desperate to find a way to get rid of them, the girl’s grabbed a lighter and a can of hairspray to create a make-shift flame-thrower to destroy them.

Erika, 20, said: “We were studying for our midterms when we saw a fruit fly on my paper.
