DigInfo - http://movie.diginfo.tv - Using ink originally created for anti-counterfeit technology, Fuji Kyowa San in conjunction with ink manufacturer Godo Printing Ink, have developed a range of metallic design papers. "Fuji Kyowa San have provided us with cast coat, a smooth paper. To this paper we apply aluminium foil which is then coated with our special ink." The ink diffracts the light, creating a colour shift depending on the angle of refraction. This paper is currently being used for posters, fashion and design magazines and a range of commercial products.
