The trial of Ann Wanjiku Wambare Ngirita will go on as scheduled after Chief Magistrate Douglas Ongoti declined to adjourn the trial following an application from the suspect’s lawyer.The court however directed that documents in support of the adjournment be investigated by the Directorate of Criminal investigations after the prosecution claimed they were suspect. Ann Ngirita is complaining of stomach and spinal problems which she says need further medical attention
