9 year old girl claimed by two families, was found living in Lamu

A family in Shanzu Mombasa county is yet to know the fate of their 9 year old daughter, whether they will be reunited or not. 
The girl, now 9 years and in Standard Four, was living in Lamu with a woman identified only as Mariam. Shanzu Law Court magistrate had ordered that DNA tests be conducted on Mohamed Burei and the girl before the case proceeds.

She is yet to make her ruling as she is expecting DNA results a to be emailed to her from KEMRI.
