Nigeria’s Minister of Youth and Sports, Barrister Solomon Dalung has charged State Governors to channel funds meant for security votes to sponsoring youth sports to address the growing rate of insecurity in the country.

The Minister made the charge in Abuja during a ground-breaking ceremony of a 1000-seater stadium for a neighbourhood football academy at a suburb in Dutse.
