Let's say there really is a problem of induction, solving it would amount to having complete knowledge of the most basic mechanism of the natural world. We could call this mechanism causality, or we could call it time, or we could call it consciousness... whatever we call it, if we had a sure fire way to prove when induction is justified, we would know it all.
