Nothin' like country style cookin'! Here is our quick and easy video on making your own chicken fried steak! Mhmm! Ingredients: Beef or Venison Egg Wash: 1 cup of buttermilk & 1 egg Flour Salt and pepper to taste. Dip your meat in the egg wash and cover with plenty of flour. Put butter on your grill or griddle and then apply meat. Turn meat once one side has gotten crispy. When everything has gotten a nice crispy brown you know your steaks are ready! Enjoy with some fried onions!
