DA's charges against Bathabile Dlamini: Bridget Masango

Bathabile Dlamini, the Minister for women in the presidency was recently found to have lied to the Ngoepe inquiry about her work when she was at the helm of Social Development. The constitutional court has ordered her to pay 20% of the legal costs incurred in the social grants saga after she was found to have presented false evidence regarding the work stress to deal with the grants crisis. The court has recommended to the National Prosecuting Authority to make a call on whether or not she should be charged for perjury.
