This fan is in my collection. It was originally installed in Eli Whitney museum. 3 other Canarm CP56(A) are still installed there. It used to spin a bit slower and had slow acceleration. I only had one spare capacitor which is 8uf, and when I looked at the capacitor rating on my Canarm, it is 8uf! So I was able to replace the capacitor with the spare one I had, and it spins a bit faster and accelerates faster as well. I also tried as best as possible on blade bending but they didn't want to back to original shape. I still have to silence this fan, and repaint it. This fan is shown on high (I'll show more speeds again after I finish restoring it). More info on this fan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AGaN2vKzGQ
