Incident #1:

On December 14, 2014, at 5:45 pm, an employee, a 19 year-old male, of Dunkin Donuts located at 5901 Rising Sun Avenue was working as the cashier when an unknown Hispanic male entered the store handing him a demand note which read “ empty the register or you’ll get shot.” After the employee gave the suspect an undetermined amount of cash, the suspect fled the store and was last seen running south through a rear alley. There were no injuries reported during this incident.

On January 4, 2015, at 1:34 pm, an unknown male acting as a customer entered Burger King located at 5823 Castor Avenue to cashier # 3 and leaned over the counter handing the employee, a 21 year-old female a demand note while handing a plastic bag to him. After the suspect displayed a handgun the employee she placed the money from her cash drawer inside the plastic bag. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.

On January 20, 2015, at 7:00 pm, the complainant, a 20 year-old female, who is an employee of McDonald’s located at 5498 Oxford Avenue was behind the counter when an unknown male entered and approached the counter handing her a demand note. After the suspect displaying a handgun from his jacket, a customer entered and stood behind him. After a failed attempt at obtaining money he left the store in an unknown direction.

Suspect Description: Black male, 40 yeas-of-age, 5’8″- 6’0″, dark complexion, possible scars on his face, wearing a black jacket, black hat, glasses.
