The Arts Council of Washington held its first pet parade Sunday, Oct. 21, in Downtown Washington from 2-6 p.m. The parade started at The Missourian and ended at the Washington Farmers’ Market. Music, games and giveaways followed at the Farmers’ Market after the parade. There was also a pet costume contest!
