Today, Beer Science.....sort of. In the brewery we use many different chemicals and just one of them is Sodium Hydroxide, aka caustic. when in contact with Aluminium an exothermic reaction occurs and Hydrogen Gas is produced along with an inert ish substance Sodium Aluminate. We can then collect the Hydrogen gas and make, you guessed it, Fire!
