Flooding has displaced thousands in Somalia too. Heavy rains have caused the Shabelle River to burst its banks. President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo has visited the those affected by the floods. He's calling for international assistance. CGTN's Thuli Tshabalala has that story.
