A deliciously buttery cookie that melts in your mouth with every bite!! Add your choice of walnuts, pecans or pistachios to make it your very own personal cookie. SNOWBALL COOKIES w/ Black Walnuts 1 cup soft butter (2 sticks) 1 cup sifted powder sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups black walnuts, finely chopped or the nut you desire 1. Cream butter, vanilla and sugar together. 2. Add flour, then nuts. Mix well. Roll cookie dough into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree F. preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove to cooling racks and heavly dust with extra powder sugar. Cookie may also be rolled in powdered sugar. Coat twice. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
