At Digital Content Expo 2008, at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation in Odaiba, NHK Science & Technical Research Laboratories exhibited a TV system called TV4U. 
TV4U is an entirely new television system based on the Internet.
TV4U uses a technical specification called TVML (TV program Making Language).
TVML is a mark-up language for TV programs.
In TVML, there are commands that specify the casts actions, expressions, and speech. Items on the studio set, such as cameras and props, can also be specified.
The technology for creating videos by typing on a wordprocessor is freeware, so it can be downloaded from the Web.
