Baada ya ugatuzi, ilitarajiwa kuwa matatizo mengi ya kiafya yatatuliwa katika hospitali za kaunti. Lakini kama mwandishi wetu Gabriel Kudaka anavyotuarifu, hospitali ya rufaa ya Moi mjini Eldoret ,imedai kupokea wagonjwa wasio na matatizo makubwa ya afya kutoka kwa kaunti za maeneo ya bonde la ufa na magharibi mwa Kenya, hali inayosababisha msongamano.
