PAC consultative conference to continue after failed court bid

The interdict seeking to stop the three day PAC Unit Conference, to be held in Kimberly, was struck off the roll by the High Court in Johannesburg. This comes after PAC's Narius Moloto brought an urgent application requesting that the conveners of the unity conference refrain from using the party's logo.
