A recipe for preparing variety of pakodas which are known as KANDA BHAJIYA in Marathi, Sannha Pakoda (small pakodas) in sindhi, Also known as Pyaj Ke Pakode in Hindi. Very easy to make and can be prepared in half fried form and preserved for serving steaming hot with final round of frying just before serving. This is a sort of fast food.
