As you probably know, I'm currently traveling around Europe and I made a commitment to myself to not fly off the rails when it comes to my routine.

One of the things I often say I won't quit is regarding my fitness.

I tried to find a gym in Rome, what is what I usually do, but I couldn't find any. What have I done? Have I given up? Hell no!
