For this project, I used felt, yarn and finger puppets bases from 
http://www.achildsdream.com/

Other supplies needed: glue gun, glue stick, and scissors. Optional: accessories for your finger puppet.

Although I used wool felt for this project, you could use any felt or yarn from your local craft store.
