Love is in the air! And apparently in the water too, because Capt Tom located our 3rd pair of courting/mating gray whales! Whale watching passengers aboard Capt. Dave's Dolphin and Whale Watching Safari saw this pair off the San Clemente, California, coast during the 3 PM whale watch on Sunday. And as with the previous two encounters, this pair was seen with a pod of bottlenose dolphin following them. This sighting was particularly spectacular because, while our catamaran sailboat was just drifting, the whales came right over to us for a *really* up-close and personal whale watching trip.
