First of all let me apologize for my horrible Google Earth Skills, I am brand new to it and it's zoom in and out feature is very sensitive, along with the fact I am not up to par on it's abilities. Having stated that:

I am going to attach this info to the dream as a Video Response so it is easy to find and follow. In my dream there were underground tunnels that lead from Government Buildings to Government Jails and a Brand New "Detention Center." 

It bothers me that you don't hear of any shootouts downtown or arson fires, in fact the only news that comes out of the HEART of "Downtown" Sacramento, California is more laws and Bills passed that voters either disapprove of or have no interest in (this has been proven, for instance Prop 8 voted down TWICE by Voters and STILL overturned by Federal Courts. Don't be upset I am just quoting facts, our votes do not count is the point and that should bother EVERYONE, but amazingly- it doesn't (Control.) Or you will hear them talk of more ways to spend money they do not have such as this new, "Bullet Train" that has been approved ON THE BASIS THAT WE APPROVED TAX HIKES, BUT WE DON'T EVEN VOTE UNTIL November, but they are already spending the tax money assuming it will pass. This is how the Budget was passed last month too, on the Assumption that we the People will approve not only a City Tax bit a State Tax, so what if it doesn't pass, what then after they already spent the money? Well, a repeat of last year (12 Billion in Debt) except double it, and MORE cuts to a broke State as they line their pockets! Is this too honest?

DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A STATE THAN CAN BUY A RAIL YARD AND BUILD A BULLET TRAIN? We have never been able to tax and spend our way out of Debt-EVER!

So what then, it get's passed on to the Tax Payer and the Federal Government who is also taxing and spending, let's look at that in real time.

I ask you to be open minded. Is it too far fetched to think that the Government needs a better system, a WORLD system and that would involve control, secret deals and yes monitoring and tracking those who oppose the system and even putting them in Jail?
Don't worry, it was all just a dream right?
