Can Tomato Sauce Seasonings • 2 TBSP Chili Powder • 2 Teaspoons dried oregano • 1 ½ Teaspoons Cumin • Dash of cayenne pepper Instructions In a Large Pot Sautee • Bell Pepper, carrots, onion, mushrooms (Simmer until Soft) • Add Potatoes, Tomato Sauce, Beans, Corn and add the ½ cup reserved bean water. • Add 3 Cups water then bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer until potatoes are cooked. (About 20 minutes) Instructions to Cook Beans- Soak dry beans overnight. Be sure two have 3 inches of water cover beans as the beans will absorb almost all the water. Reserve ½ cup water. Drain beans. Cook in Instant Pot for 22 minutes, natural pressure release Stove Top: Simmer for about 1.5 hours or until beans are soft and tender.
