Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says Iran will strengthen its ballistic missile capabilities. His comments came as Tehran showcased a new missile at a military parade marking the anniversary of the 1980-1988 war with Iraq. Tehran says the missiles are legitimate under the terms of the 2015 nuclear deal because they are not designed to carry a nuclear warhead. The United States alleges they breach the spirit of the agreement.
