David Miliband is a Labour MP and former Foreign Secretary, the youngest person to hold the position for 30 years. He studied at Oxford and MIT, and then, as Tony Blair's Head of Policy, was a major contributor to Labour's manifesto for the 1997 general election. He stood for the Labour leadership in 2010. The begins with a discussion between Mr Miliband and Professor Andrew Gamble, Head of the POLIS Department, and then opens up to questions from the audience.
