How to add Table of contents TOC in MS Word quickly

This is quick video on how to add Table of contents TOC in MS Word. 

You have to apply some style to the text which should appear in the Table of contents. 

Go to REFERENCES tab on the ribbon, select Table of contents, then select the table of contents 1.

Then to add the items to TOC, select the test, then under references, select Add Text. Then select the desired level of style.

Update the table to see the items in TOC.
