A mother-of-one has revealed the shocking moment she claims a car REVERSED into her after she confronted the driver who cut her up on a busy road.

Abbie Ashton, 23, said she feared she would have been ‘left for dead’ after the car reversed into her - claiming it trapped her between the car's boot and the bonnet of the Vauxhall Astra she’d been travelling in with her mum and two-year-old son.

Terrifying CCTV footage, captured by a nearby pub, shows the car drive across a roundabout in Halifax Road, Rochdale, as if to leave at the second junction, then reverse back at speed, where Abbie, who is out of shot, claims it then hit her.

Abbie claims the dark Fiat Punto then moves forward and reverses again hitting her mum, Catherine Clarke’s, car and causing Abbie to jump out of the way.
