Volcom's technical fabrics include our GRID-DRY™ premiere stretch fabric, a textured, quick drying, lightweight, premium stretch material. The GRID texture keeps your boardies from vacuuming to your skin by allowing water and air to flow freely between the fabric and your body, reducing chafing for Pure Function. The fabric is enhanced by our Durable Water Repellancy to prevent the fabric from absorbing water, which allows them to stay lightweight in the surf and dry faster on land. 

The V4S is a 4-way stretch fabric using a quick drying, ultra light 4-way stretch and the V2S features either a premium quick drying lightweight 2-way stretch sueded or grid dry fabric.
