It's that time of the year again when South African National Parks open their doors to the public for free! The annual SA National Parks Week campaign will take place from 10 September and run until 14 September 2018 The theme is, "Know Your National Parks" and the objectives of the week are to create awareness; instil a sense of pride in South Africa's natural, cultural and historical heritage and to educate the public on the importance of nature and biodiversity. There are 21 national parks scattered across all nine provinces of which most of them will be open to the public during SA National Parks Week.
