LED Headlights DON'T FIT Older Harley Headlight Buckets. Despite what the retailers will tell you, the 5 3/4 in LED headlights don't fit the OLDER Harley headlight buckets. The headlight bucket has connectors and the flasher inside it and there is simply not enough room to install an LED 5 3/4 in headlight because the LED headlight is deeper. I usually carry a spare headlight in the saddlebag and will just continue to do that. If you get a deeper headlight bucket you can make the LED headlight fit but you likely will need to do some wiring mods also. I don't think it's work it to retrofit an LED headlight to an old Harley as the Halogen headlights are almost as good anyway.
