In this video, I reveal how to get more video views on your Facebook and youtube videos. I also reveal once and for all, which is the best platform: youtube video vs. Facebook video.

Here are some tips on Facebook and YouTube videos:

For Facebook video:

Initially Facebook videos do the best. So during your first week after publishing each video, expect a huge burst of traffic. However, I've learned that eventually the traffic dies out.

Content that drives peoples emotions do well on Facebook. Try not to publish educational video on Facebook. Normally it doesn't do well.
Publish mass market type of media that the majority of people will enjoy.

YouTube Video tips:

YouTube does best when you publish highly specific keyword related content to your channels. While inspirational and motivation video can do great on YouTube, I've also noticed that educational videos tend to do pretty well on YouTube as well.

Aim for shorter videos on YouTube, although there are exceptions. 2-4 minutes is a good length.

I also focus on ranking my YouTube videos for search engine keyword rankings because they are a great way to generate long term traffic! YouTube videos can pull in visitors for many many years when done correctly!
