Water Cabinet Secretary, Simon Chelugui has accused Baringo leaders of endless wrangles over the location of Baringo University that has seen its establishment dragging for the last seven years. Chelugui says this delay has forced many students from Baringo to go to other counties to further their education which has proved to be expensive to many Baringo residents.
