Retreat to safety for a bit, I can't take on this many pirates at once. Gordin and Shiida moving upwards makes all the difference as to where the enemies move. I can't have them go too far south or I'm in range of one of the pirates there with no way of preventing deaths. I make sure Caeda gets a str level-up from hitting that pirate with a Javelin after talking to Castor. Some more positioning, and Castor gets the Steel Bow.
