CHALLENGE

DON'T
-eat dairy products
-eat refined sugars or artificial sweeteners
-eat white carbs
-eat carbs after lunch
-eat past 8 p.m.

DO
-drink 8 glasses of water each day
-start your day with drinking 1 cup of detox tea
-take apple cider vinegar shot daily (recipe below)
-drink only water (lots), teas (green tea is really good), coffee
-eat the same breakfast everyday
-keep a food journal (doesn't have to be anything crazy, just write down what you eat and when)
-complete exercise challenge daily

Apple Cider Vinegar Shot Recipe
-1/2 c. water
-1/4 c. Bragg "with the mother" Apple Cider Vinegar
-1/4 c. organic honey
-1 tsp. cinnamon
-1 tsp. ground ginger
*Makes 1 weeks worth of single serving shots (keep refrigerated)
