You guys have frequently asked me how I make my videos. You've wondered whether I shoot them myself (I do) and edit them myself (yep)...so I thought I'd tear down the curtain and show you how it's done! 

I share everything from the camera I use (Canon EOS 5D Mark ii), to the editing software I use (Adobe Premiere Pro), to the awkwardness of talking through a recipe into an empty room.

And it all boils down to: I LOVE making these videos. I really enjoy interacting with you guys and it means the world to me when you tell me you like the video or the recipe.
